Returns & Exchanges

At AMARA, each piece is carefully curated and inspected before shipment. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your parcel.

To be eligible for a replacement or store credit, you must provide:

• Clear photographs and/or videos of the damaged item

• Photographs of the original packaging

• Proof that the damage was present upon arrival
  

All damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, improper handling, or misuse are not eligible for replacement or refund.

If your claim is approved, AMARA will provide a replacement (subject to availability) or store credit at our discretion.

• A standard shipping fee applies to all orders.

• All orders are shipped with tracking, allowing you to monitor your parcel every step of the way.

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, and peak shipping periods.

AMARA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once a parcel has been dispatched; however, we will do our best to assist you with any shipping-related inquiries.
